There will be no penalty when contacting us 24-hours or more prior to your reservation date; failure to arrive or cancellations made within 24 hours of reservation will be cause for a one night's stay charge.

The staff at the Madison Historic Hotel takes great pride in providing for our guests, a very unique and memorable getaway. In order for us to insure an unforgettable stay, we maintain a strict NO smoking policy inside the facility, hotel rooms, motel rooms and hostel dorms, as well as a no pets policy. So leave your cares at home, and be our special guests on your vacation to remember, always.
